Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to the website and apps published under Zakiro Apps. If you do not agree, do not use the products. Apps designed for children must be used with a parent or responsible adult, who is responsible for approving their use.

This website presents the projects for information only. It currently provides no accounts, purchases or separate contracted service.

Acceptable use

You may use the apps for lawful personal purposes and as each app is described. You must not:

• Use a product for unlawful activity or to harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt an app or the website, or bypass protections and permissions.
• Copy, redistribute or sell a product, or remove ownership notices, unless the law permits it or you have written permission.
• Use content or branding in a way that falsely suggests a partnership or endorsement.

Nature of the apps

Intellectual property

The apps, their designs, names, logos, text, graphics and related software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use a product under these terms; it transfers no ownership rights.

Updates and availability

We may add, change or discontinue features. Device requirements, compatibility and app availability may vary by country or store. We aim to keep products accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or operating-system version.

Stores and purchases

If purchases or subscriptions are introduced, pricing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown in the store or app before purchase. Google Play or App Store terms also apply to downloads, billing and refunds where relevant.

Disclaimer and limitation

Products are provided as available for the general or personal use described for each app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on an app, loss of local data, or failure of a device or external service. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Keep an appropriate backup when your data matters, and review any financial result before acting on it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, while preserving mandatory consumer rights where relevant, including rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Changes

We may update these terms when products or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised terms where the law permits.
